Job Details
The HUMIRA Gastro Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) for the Northeast Region partners with the broader marketing team on the development of regional commercial plans to maintain market leadership in an increasingly competitive landscape. The Regional Marketing Manager will work closely with multiple commercial operations teams to ensure success in development of strategy, creative and execution plans, product support and sales execution.
The RMM is r esponsible for developing professional strategy, and manages P2P education activities for HUMIRA Gastro. The RMM is the face of the Gastro Marketing team with our External Experts, developing, implementing, and maintaining accountability for interactions and feedback with regional IBD External Experts. The RMM works in a team-based environment to lead the development and execution of brand strategies and implementation of innovative tactics to maximize ROI, line of therapy, market share, and profitability across Immunology.

Key responsibilities include:
- Requires the ability to provide in-depth insights based on product / market assessments, monitoring progress against brand milestones, and assimilation of key stakeholder feedback with quantitative analysis in order to make strategic recommendations for optimal brand performance
- Collaboration with a team of field based Regional Marketing Managers and in office Marketing Managers to u nderstand region-specific insights to develop and optimize use of innovative marketing resources (peer to peer programming, spend allocations, speaker utilization, and programs) based on regional market dynamics
- Develop and articulate high-impact P2P education marketing strategies that are innovative, executable, and clinically/financially supported. Identify problems proactively and conceptualize solutions using creativity and innovation.
- Think innovatively regarding the application of new technologies to marketing, particularly within a regulated environment
- Identify, build and strengthen commercial relationships with regional External Experts and emerging leaders in IBD as well as with relevant patient and professional associations
- Effectively track and manage the marketing budget. Consistently manage multiple projects to deliver high-quality work product in a timely fashion

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field. MBA preferred.
- Previous sales/marketing experience required. 3+ years marketing experience
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting Pharmaceutical Products
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree or previous sales/marketing experience required.
- Experience working in multiple therapeutic categories strongly preferred
