The Sales Training Manager will be responsible for:

Preparing, coordinating, and facilitating New Hire training for Enbrel® with field leadership and field guest trainers; establishing training metrics/assessments to measure performance.

Coordinating with other Business Unit Training Managers to identify and implement best practices.

Providing secondary support to Enbrel Training Partner for development of National Sales Meeting content and facilitation

Providing secondary support to Enbrel Training Partner for ad hoc training initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

Doctorate degree


Master's degree and 2 years of training and/or sales and/or marketing experience


Bachelor's degree and 4 years of training and/or sales and/or marketing experience


Associate's degree and 10 years of training and/or sales and/or marketing experience


High school diploma / GED and 12 years of training and/or sales and/or marketing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

4+ years of biotech or pharmaceutical selling experience.

2+ years of selling Enbrel.

2+ years of training experience.

Demonstrated strong communication, leadership, and presentation/facilitation skills.

Able to build and leverage cross-matrix relationships.

Demonstrated good organizational and project management skills.

Documented ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales goals.

Ability to learn new disease state and clinical knowledge quickly.
