Job Details
The Associate will be responsible for managing a multi-million dollar departmental budget, supporting the US pricing governance approval process and leadership approval management, and developing presentations in support of departmental and leadership efforts. Additional opportunities to support and execute other activities may be available. The individual will work with a cross-functional team within SPC and more broadly within US Value & Access.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
OR
- Associate's degree and 4 years of professional work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Business, Marketing, Finance, Science, or related
- Excellent oral/written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management, decision making and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-performance culture
- Computer skills; strong technical use of Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- High learning agility and strong willingness to learn
- Project management skills, proficiency in logistic planning from beginning to end, priority setting, timely delivery of results, and multi-tasking
- Ability to think critically, proactively anticipate problems and propose solutions
- Ability to work effectively/collaboratively across teams
- Ability to work independently and with ambiguity
- 1 or more years of experience working closely with project management, marketing, compliance, healthcare company or related industry experience highly desired
- Quick learner, proactive, takes initiative, goal oriented and results driven
- Understanding of the healthcare and biopharmaceutical industries
- Receptivity to regular coaching and feedback from management and peer
- Flexibility and adaptability in a constantly evolving work environment
