Job Details
Summary:
Responsible for all incoming and outgoing material. Ensures that all deliverable material is distributed to end-users in a timely manner. Works with end-users on all inventory needs and assists with all material being returned for repair or credit to vendors. Enter inventory orders and matches arrivals into Oracle database.
Responsibilities:
• Delivery of packages, supplies, and equipment to end-users. Load and unload delivery trucks, notify EHS department of all incoming radioactive material. Record all items received daily into department log book, operation/driving of company vehicles. Enter inventory orders and match arrival of material into Oracle database. Replenish stockroom with incoming material, and responsible for picking and delivering of inventory orders. Responsible for picking up and shipping out of returns from end-users.
• Operate company vehicles.
• Maintain customer service standards.
• Available 24/7 for assistance and emergency response.
Requirements:
• Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications (word, excel, outlook)
• Adept in the use of mobile communication devices
• Oracle (current version),Scanning Solutions, UPS System, Federal Express System, Pitney Bowes postage machine
• Operate company Vehicles
• Operate powered pallet jack and fork lift
• Exhibit good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Exhibit very good organizational skills
• Ability to manage numerous tasks simultaneously
• Excellent customer service skills
• Driving record: This position requires a clear driving record at the time of employment. Employee will also be responsible for maintaining a clean driving record as defined by Regeneron's Fleet Safety Policy throughout employment. Employee will be required to attend a Defensive Driving Course offered by Regeneron; employee will also be required to sign off on the company's Fleet Safety Policy & Procedures. Employee is required to report any incident that may result in points to one's license at the time of the infraction. Any infractions on the employee's driving record must be reported to their Supervisor and the E.H.S. Department immediately. Failure to meet these driving requirements may result in disciplinary action up to and/or including termination.
• High School diploma required
• 1-3 years experience in shipping & receiving role
