Summary: This role is responsible for IT Planning & Analysis across the Global IOPS IT Team. This includes Financial Planning & Management, IT Process Management, Software License Management, Continuous Improvement, Headcount Planning, IOPS IT Communications and IT Reporting & Metrics. The role will also manage a team of Business Systems Analysts to assess current and new systems, processes and technologies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Manages the IOPS IT Business Systems Analysis team to provide a high-quality BA service to the other IOPS IT groups across the IOPS sites.
  • Responsible for IT Financial Planning and Management - Capital and Expense budgeting and management across the IOPS IT team.
  • Responsible for developing and standardizing IOPS IT Processes e.g. Demand Management
  • Responsible for Software License Management across IOPS IT
  • Responsible for managing and championing the Continuous Improvement culture within the IOPS IT team and ensuring alignment with the business Continuous Improvement team and initiatives.
  • Responsible for Headcount Planning and Resource Capacity Management across the IOPS IT team
  • Responsible for IOPS IT Communications within the team and to our external stakeholders. This will require working and aligning with Corporate Communications and Corporate IT. This includes IT Performance Metrics and Reporting
  • Responsible for alignment of IT practices and processes across IOPS sites
  • Participates in the development, modification and implementation of company practices, and policies
  • Responsible for managing and developing their team
  • Responsible for IOPS IT RFP activities in conjunction with Procurement
  • Plays a key role in the IOP IT Management Team
  • Works collaboratively with the other IOPS IT groups and Corporate IT to ensure a "One IT" experience by the business


Education and Experience:
  • Requires BA/BS degree in Computer Sciences, Management Information Systems or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • 12+ years working in Information systems and technology
  • 10+ years working in a cGMP environment
  • 10+ years of supervisory or managerial experience with a proven ability to engage, motivate, evaluate and mentor team members and managers
  • Experience in Financial Management, Communications and ITIL processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effectively interact with all levels from analysts to Executive Vice President
  • Ability to develop and maintain highly effective relationships, internally and externally
