Work collaboratively with technology and business groups to conceive, design, engineer, and implement data, software, and technology solutions that solve significant scientific or business problems. Investigate, identify, and implement state-of-the-art technology platforms that drive productivity and efficiency gains in own function and throughout multiple business areas. Contribute to advancement of technology in area of expertise. Develop productive collaborations and communications with other groups across multiple disciplines. . Technology Engineers will be aligned to a specific area: Information, Software, Data, or Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop & execute a global strategy for the direction and delivery of mobility services
  • Develop, implement, & maintain an efficient global mobile device support model
  • Develop & maintain key mobility relationships with carriers & TEM vendors, global mobility administrators, and key business partners
  • Manage team of 1 employee and 6 contractors
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and carriers
  • Act as SPOC and SME for internal audits
  • Constantly assess new opportunities for technical advancement, process efficiencies, and cost savings while developing and improving operational processes
  • Achieve high level of customer satisfaction in the delivery of mobility services
  • Identify performance targets and monitor SLA performance of team
  • Manage and maintain company policies while ensuring the compliancy of support personnel and clients
  • Responsible for the operational support of 17M+ mobile devices and $9MM annual spend

Key competencies:
  • Strong business strategy skills including strategy development
  • Experience in developing a cohesive global mobility support structure
  • Experience in using metrics to monitor and manage business unit performance
  • Mobility carrier management experience (AT&T, Verizon)
  • TEM vendor management experience
  • Mobility application management experience including line management and security
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and influencing skills
  • Ability to adapt and move fast in a continually changing technical environment
  • Ability to build strong relationships with peers and cross functional partners outside of team to enable higher performance
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
