Summary:

The Manager of Market Access - Oncology is a member of Regeneron's oncology commercial team, with accountability in supporting market access engagements and activities in support of the commercialization efforts of LIBTAYO in the US. Initial focus will be on the leading tactical initiatives to support Libtayo across all potential indication(s) but will evolve to additional indications/responsibilities over time. In addition, he/she will provide strategic support on cross-functional direction and US commercialization and access strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Development, budget management and implementation of tactical components of Market Access Marketing including but not limited to:

• Payer resources

• Potential new indication launch resources

• Field team workshops / training

• Reimbursement and HCP market access related assets

• Assist in the refinement of the brand's overall market access strategy including launch planning for potential indications such as BCC

• Assist in annual brand planning including market access strategy recommendations, initiative planning, and budgeting

• Oversees creation and development of print and digital market access promotional materials to support National Account Manager, sales, reimbursement, and GPO field force efforts

• Manage inventory allotments for all Market Access resources

• Provide meetings planning support for conventions, speaker events, ad boards, POA meetings

• Assist in and potentiall lead the development, training and implementation initiatives focused on pharmacists, nurse navigators, and other key non-prescribing stakeholders

• Help facilitate regular Market Access Advisory Committee meetings and partner with field teams to understand where and how to optimize market access initiatives and tactics

• Assumes the lead for field support issues related to market access materials

Represents the Market Access team in Regeneron Internal Review Committee

• Comply with all laws, regulations and policies that govern the conduct of Regeneron activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree required. Masters Degree preferred

• 7+ years of progressive pharma industry sales, marketing, or market access experience

• Understanding of pharmaceutical selling process, market access and pricing landscape, and state/federal policy initiatives

• Ability to comprehend complex brand strategies and help identify market access opportunities to employ them

• Ability to execute tactical plans while managing multiple projects simultaneously and excellent ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

• Ability to work on teams and independently, multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment

• Ability to work efficiently and creatively

• Ability to work cross-functionally and with all levels of the organization and across the Regeneron/Sanofi Genzyme alliance

• Ability to present, interact and influence through strategic recommendations

• Must be willing to travel approximately 20-30%

• Must be willing to travel on weekends to conferences and meetings, as needed

• High degree of professionalism, ethics and honesty with the ability to serve as a credible and passionate champion for the Regeneron Oncology franchise

• Proven marketing planning and executional skills
