Primary function is to lead high impact process improvement projec ts with HR and Payroll organization .
Will be expected to simultaneously lead multiple Six Sigma projects.
Assist leadership in developing, prioritizing and implementing Lean-Six Sigma projects that are aligned with functional priorities.
Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring regarding proper use of tools and processes.
Facilitate and promote best practices sharing.

- Bachelor's degree.
- Six Sigma Black Belt certified
- Exceptional analytical skills and demonstrated ability to drive high impact results.
- A highly motivated process thinker that drives customer focused solutions.
- A proven talent with expertise leading major projects, business processes re-engineering, and organization design (change management).
- Must have ability to effectively communicate and work with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and group facilitation skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and excellent analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel, Power Point, and Microsoft Project.
