Job Description:
Position Overview:
The Associate Director, Neuroscience Marketing will play a key role in the development, creation and execution of the annual marketing and sales action plans. Coordinate the development and achievement of specific goals to ensure best-practices are utilized in an intelligent, efficient, and communicative way. Act as a "Product Champion" who provides leadership in the process of developing, creating and executing all high priority commercial initiatives related to their primary product.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of all promotional healthcare professional (HCP) live and digital promotional campaign efforts and training programs.
- Lead thought leader feedback activities including advisory Boards, councils, etc.
- Lead convention plans and activities
- Co-lead the development of a brand digital strategy and execution across HCP customer segments
- Co-lead of market research and marketing program effectiveness measurement
- Co-lead the annual brand planning process
- Lead the field sales marketing input process
- Marketing point person with sales training and with field sales leadership for POA planning
- Work closely with internal colleagues and external vendors to conceptualize, develop, and execute programs and materials
- Complies with all laws, regulations and policies that govern the conduct of Ipsen U.S. and staff
Requirements:
- Bachelors in B.S. or B.A. in Marketing or related experience
- MBA is a plus
- Biopharmaceutical marketing (7 years minimum, 8-10 preferred)
- Neuroscience product marketing experience preferred
- Digital campaign launch experience preferred
- Buy and Bill pharmaceutical marketing experience preferred
- Pharmaceutical sales (2 years preferred)
