The Director, Global TA Operations Lead (GTOL) is responsible for creating and deploying talent acquisition strategies to strengthen the company-wide global Ipsen's capabilities and ensure processes, programs and capabilities are optimized to meet current and future business plans and to ensure the Functional Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence delivers a consistent high quality service to key stakeholders. Having mastered critical leadership competencies and behaviors, the Director GTOL will demonstrate decisiveness and model the organization's cultural values and attributes. The position reports to the Senior Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition and will collaborate closely with TA colleagues, Business leaders, HRBPs and CoEs to create program strategies and designs and brand initiatives that support the hiring needs of the enterprise at all levels and on a global basis. The Director, GTOL will be responsible for driving continuous process improvement in overall candidate and customer experience, program effectiveness and team productivity. He/she will be responsible for identifying and recommending new Sourcing tools or process efficiency tools and budget for their acquisition. As a member of the global TA Leadership team, this individual contributes a high level of specialized knowledge, skill and consultative leadership to implement key operational strategies to drive overall effectiveness of the TA functions and its programs.

Specifically, they will be instrumental in the deployment of the global brand initiative and make sure strategies are pulled through at the various sites and locations throughout the world. They will lead the global list of preferred partners determining metrics, evaluation and measure overall productivity. They will look to deploy best in class selection methodologies.

This person will possess and demonstrate innovation and leadership to implement talent acquisition strategies, systems, processes and programs that ensure the BU has the processes and programs required to execute against business and growth strategies during a period of significant velocity and change.

Qualifications :

• Minimum fifteen (15) years of global recruitment and/or HR experience with at least three years of implementing strategic HR programs/projects with proven history of success

• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning and goal setting along with operational aspects of the role

• Proven leader in field of Talent Acquisition, having led TA strategies and programs across a global company with measurable results of success, while driving a well-integrated TA operating model known for process excellence, creativity, measurable ROI and branded candidate experience

• Prior success developing and deploying sourcing strategies, processes and tools to identify and attract talent for current and future needs

• Experience working with large complex organizations during periods of growth and change

• Strong business acumen and strategic consultative skills; able to connect talent agenda to business strategy

• Ability to synthesize and analyze data to influence decision making

• Demonstrated ability to work strategically from conceptualization through delivery/implementation with proven experience executing new programs flawlessly. Strong project management skills required.

• Strong people leader with proven track in building organizational capability, managing large teams and recruiting top talent

• Recognized thought leader, subject matter expert and innovator in the area of talent acquisition

• Global, diverse experience with talent markets and processes around the world

• Able to work within a matrix environment with proven track record of effectively influencing and navigating across organizational boundaries and building relationships that produce results

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

• Strong Leadership and communication Skills; ability to establish and maintain credibility, to influence and build trust

• Passion for the patient and drive for results orientation

Education :

Bachelor's Degree required or progressive TA experience of around 20 years
