The Associate Manager, R&D Strategy and Business Operations Rotational Development Program, will have an opportunity to gain functional training through in-depth exposure to a variety of roles and business teams across the R&D organization. The program consists of four 6-month rotations, with specific assignments developed in collaboration between the employee and a number of participating groups across strategic and business operations functions in BMS R&D. Example areas may include therapeutic area or asset strategy, business operations planning, R&D benchmarking and performance management, clinical trial operations, medical strategy and operations, and others. It is expected that the rotational experience will benefit the employee through interaction with senior leadership, coaching and guidance from managers and peers, enhanced knowledge of drug development and the pharmaceutical industry, and the development of key skill sets (e.g., analytical), all while keeping the employee engaged in challenging and meaningful assignments. During the course of this program, the participant will actively explore potential areas of fit for a permanent role in the organization.

Qualifications:
Eligible candidates will have:
- MBA degree earned before start of rotations
- Excellent strategic, analytical, conceptual, creative and communications abilities
- Functional exposure or experience in business consulting, general management and/or business analysis
- Work experience in aresults-driven, competitive environment requiring adaptability
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence others and work effectively in a matrix organization
- Commitment to integrity, professionalism and teamwork - leadership potential is highly valued
- Permanent U.S. work authorization
