Job Details
KEY ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists in the development, maintenance, and generation of reporting metrics from tracking systems used to manage IT related initiatives
- Facilitates the inventory and asset management of IT equipment, peripherals, and software
- Attends IT meetings and documents meeting minutes/action items
- Provides conference room scheduling support and assists in the tracking and allocation/return of computer equipment for both onsite and offsite program staff
- Converts paper-based materials into electronic format and organizes/files technical documentation, audit reports, and other IT related materials
- Orders and assists in maintaining appropriate inventory levels of computer supplies and peripherals
- Communicates with management, clinical, technical, and other administrative personnel to gather or convey information
- May compose and type correspondence, as needed
- This position is located in Frederick, Maryland
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Foreign degrees must be evaluated for U.S. equivalency
- In addition to education requirements, a minimum of two (2) years of secretarial experience including one (1) year at the Secretary I level or equivalent
- Knowledge of general office operations
- Proficient in Microsoft software applications
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or within a team
- Resourcefulness in gathering and summarizing data with ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of company policies, work unit procedures, and administrative routines
- Knowledge of SmartStream and/or SharePoint a plus
