Summary

The Meetings & Conventions (M&C) Coordinator: is a key contributor splitting their time between D&S and M&C providing proactive support to Regeneron's Brand teams and Field-based employees and their management. This is a temporary role supporting two teams with a variety of assigned projects. They will also be assigned, as needed for other unscheduled projects which is often the demand on both the D&S and M&C teams. The person in this position reports to the Associate Director, Displays and Sponsorships and Incentives with dotted line to Director, Meetings and Conventions.

Responsibilities

60% of their time will be supporting day to day activities for the D&S team including but limited to:

- Finance; Processes requests and move to payment status

- Facilitate reconciliation of payment in Concur

- Monitoring the RFF mailbox: responding and routing communications

- Assist the D&S coordinators to organize all documents for weekly brand meeting.

- Assist with other projects as needed

40% of their time will be supporting day to day activities for M&C including but not limited to:

- Coordinate printed materials, tent cards, badges, agenda, expense forms

o Create welcome packets

- Coordinate supplies; order, pack and manage returns of all supplies

- Review: housing, and A&D lists working with both travel and transportation vendors.

- Assist with other projects as needed

- Manage M&C Sharepoint site

o Maintain updates to Commercial Operations Master Calendar

o Current documents

o Maintain template folders

Requirements

- Outstanding customer service skills with proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of management, vendors and partners.

- Detail-orientated with strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Experience with Microsoft Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro

- Experience using Concur or other expense reporting tools

- Familiar with the drug development and commercialization process

- Bachelors Degree
