Summary: Regeneron's Industrial Operations and Product Supply is a global organization with 4,000 full-time employees. In addition to our employees, there can be as many as 1,500 contract employees working for us at any given time. All employees are exposed to regulations, safety risks, and varying thematic issues. Disseminating distinguished and memorable messages is a critical part of keeping so many people aligned; effectively communicating with so many people about so many topics is one of our greatest challenges. We are seeking someone capable of developing memorable messages, jingles, phrases, videos, etc to reach all of our people.

Responsible for the development and creation of creative multimedia solutions for safety training purposes and other business objectives. This individual will be responsible for the global strategy, working with cross-functional internal and external partners to evaluate, prototype and deploy campaigns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Lead end-to-end creative activities to create innovative and impactful mutlimedia content for internal employee population.

• Lead storyboard development, filming and editing activites.

• Use animation software and other technologies in hands-on creation of content.

• Provide creative direction to bring REGN safety messaging to life through best-in-class content.

• Demonstrated ability to take an idea from a high level concept right through to production, thourough understanding all media.

• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to motivate, create and implement short and long-term integrated marketing strategies.

• Develop close working relationships with internal partners in Corporate Communications, Technical Training and EHS departments.

• Partner with the internal and external creative and media teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Leveraging insights to direct, evaluate and adjust creative campaign elements to achieve better business outcomes.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Experience working in a creative marketing or agency team a plus.

• Experience in leading creative projects and campaigns from concept to launch.

• Effective visual storytelling and ad concept development skills.

• Excellent project management skills, with an ability to meet deadlines.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal, written and presentation.

• International marketing experience preferred.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Proven ability to exercise creative skills.

Education and Experience:

• BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 6+ years work experience in creative Marketing field.

• Work experience in advertising, marketing, or media agency preferred.

*Level will be determined based on skills and experience relevant to the role.
