  • Proven expertise in immune signaling and profiling readouts (proliferation, cytokine release, cell signaling/phosphorylation, biomarker analysis) in primary immune cells and co-culture systems
  • Hands-on experience with multi-parametric flow cytometry, imaging cytometry, high-content imaging and other relevant multiplexed immune based methods is a required.
  • Hands-on experience with data analytics for biomarker profiling is a plus.
  • A strong desire to succeed in cross functional teams to establish productive collaborations is critical.
  • A demonstrated excellence in both written and oral communication is essential.
  • Assist in building the necessary infrastructure for primary-cell based screening readouts/platforms (informatics, instrumentation and data analytics)
  • Build and maintain a "cutting edge" awareness of new technology advances and scientific knowledge in the field for application to discovery program support
  • Responsible for developing compelling scientific presentations and reports for internal review meetings and scientific journals.
