Summary:
The Commercial Operations temporary contracting employee is a key contributor to the team responsible for providing proactive support to the Regeneron Global Clinical Development (GCD) and Research and Development (R&D) organizations. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for assisting the Associate Manager of GCD and R&D Contracting in oversight of the end-to-end contracting process of healthcare professionals and/or other technical expert consultants.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Associate Manager of GCD and R&D contracting with reviewing and managing the Needs Assessment process for the contracting of healthcare professionals and/or technical experts who perform consulting services for Regeneron.

• Support project sponsors in their completion of accurate and comprehensive needs.
assessments (NAFs), thereby accelerating review by the Law Department.

• Collaborate with Medical Affairs to ensure credentialing requests are processed on time.

• Responsible for drafting contracts using pre-approved templates.

• Monitor contract status and credentialing requests.

• Conduct comprehensive background searches for all consultants using established Regeneron resources and processes.

• Serve as the liaison between Commercial Operations, Legal, and Compliance regarding said contracting to ensure full compliance with all statutes, laws, guidelines, policies and procedures.

• Review all consultant fee for service and out of pocket expenses to ensure compliance with their contract and adherence to Regeneron's policies and procedures.

• Collect and consolidate required close-out documents.

• Stay abreast of all pertinent company policies, procedures and government regulations (both Federal and International by Country) that relate to promotional activities and thereby actively contribute to Regeneron's continued compliance with same.
Requirements:

• Bachelors degree required.

• 2 + years of "progressive" industry/relevant professional experience. • 1 + years of pharmaceutical/biotech or related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Outstanding customer service skills with proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of management, healthcare professionals and field-based employees.

• Experience of working in the pharmaceutical, biotech and/or biologics industry.

• Demonstrated understanding of the Physician Open Payments Act or International equivalent by Country, and all associated reporting requirements.

• Detail-orientated with strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Able to handle confidential information, exercising good judgment with discretion and attention to pertinent detail(s).

• A self-starter who demonstrates the ability to take initiative, think and act pro-actively, to ensure process adherence along with
capture of all required data and documentation.
