This person will work in Commercial Operations in Sleepy Hollow, NY. This student will be accountable for initiating and managing multiple concurrent studies that assess marketplace and stakeholder dynamics and needs in the Oncology space to address key business questions critical for success of the Brand. This position requires strong project management and analytical skills, as well as a propensity for (or desire to learn) utilizing secondary and syndicated data assets and their application to marketing activities. This student will support the Oncology team by monitoring the competitive environment, assessing performance of launch products, uncovering potential opportunities, and threats, and integrating insights across studies to support sound planning and execution for the Broader brand team. There will be very close collaboration with brand management, new products planning, patient advocacy, commercial finance, commercial analytics, market access, and public relations teams in support of the brand strategy and tactical plan.

Responsibilities will include:

• Translation of business questions into concise, focused market research objectives and studies that align with clear and specific deliverables.

• Evaluation, selection, and management of vendor partners to execute (develop skills to manage multiple projects) and deliver on study objectives in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with all state, federal, and regulatory policies.

• In-depth analysis and integration of research findings into valued insights, presented to key internal stakeholders.

• Active monitoring and reporting of project financials and contribution to development of short- and long-term budget planning, in collaboration with commercial finance and procurement/sourcing colleagues

Education

• Current 1st Year MBA student

• Business or Science background required
