Are you looking to develop as an OD practitioner? A unique opportunity exists to join a growing, creative OD practice within Regeneron. The Organizational Development Manager acts as an internal consulting partner supporting the areas of organizational development, team development, and coaching across our global enterprise. You will work as part of the collaborative L&OD team to build, align, integrate, and execute programs and processes as part of a strategic human resources function. Responsibilities:

• Leads OD initiatives, interventions, projects, and programs to build client awareness, choice, capacity, and effectiveness. Conduct client contracting, facilitation and process consultation, and ongoing support with mid-level client groups. Gathers / summarizes data, develops tools and approaches, creates project plans, and conducts best practices research.

• Intervene at all levels of system, consult with key stakeholders to assess needs and offer recommendations / solutions to their challenges, and facilitate team performance improvement and change initiatives.

• Act as formal coach to leaders and managers.

• Assesses the quality and impact of OD initiatives using best practice methods and tools.

• Partners with other L&OD colleagues / Human Resource Business Partners to co-lead projects.

• Works under consultative direction toward long-range goals and objectives, and assignments are sometimes self-initiated.

• Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles applies independent judgment in methods, processes and evaluation.

• May partner with other L&OD team members and HR Business Partners to support the design and deliver a core leadership and management curriculum that differentiates in both content and delivery method according to core business needs and levels, while emphasizing core capabilities, competencies and behaviors required across the enterprise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Organization Development or related field is required; Master's strongly preferred.

• Approximately 5 - 7 years of experience. Proven track record of leading formal Organization Development interventions at different levels of system, consulting with key stakeholders to assess needs and offer recommendations/solutions to their challenges, and facilitating team performance improvement and change initiatives.

• Formal coaching education and experience required.

• Some familiarity with HR systems, including talent and learning management systems.

• Experience in project management preferred.

• Ability to work independently with some direction from senior colleagues.

• Can effectively cope with change and shift gears comfortably.

• Knowledgeable about instructional design methodology and application for effective adult learning.

• Ability to work on multiple assignments and prioritize demands in a high energy, fast paced environment.

• Strong client-service and results orientation.

• Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills
