Summary
Regeneron is currently seeking a talented and motivated QC Associate to join our Bioanalytical Sciences Department reporting to the Senior Quality Control Manager. This position is responsible for reviewing data and laboratory documentations (notebook documentation, raw data, LIMS data and reports) at an extremely detailed level for accuracy and consistency in a timely manner to ensure compliance with GLPs and SOPs prior to submission for auditing.

Responsibilities

• Review notebook documentation, raw data and other documentation at an extremely detailed level for accuracy, consistency and completeness

• Ensures sample data are documented in a manner that is compliant with GLPs, protocols and SOPs.

• Reviews all data (notebook documentation, raw data, and LIMS data), study reports, assay validation reports and other documentation in a timely manner to meet project timelines.

• Identify and communicate findings in a clear and concise manner and verify appropriate corrections have been made.

• Follow GLPs and internal procedures (SOPS, working practices)

Requirements

• Ligand binding assay experience including ELISA, MSD, Gyros in GLP environment and/or protein biochemistry experience such as ELISA, chromatography (HPLC, FPLC), electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE, CE, Westerns, IEE), Mass Spectrometry and static or dynamic light scattering techniques.

• SoftMax Pro and Nautilus LIMS experience a plus

• Strong interpersonal and organization skills are required

• Computer proficiency including spreadsheets and databases is necessary. Strong knowledge of Word and Excel required.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Bachelors Degree in biology, microbiology or chemistry required

• 0-3 years of experience required
