Summary:
Responsible for supporting the delivery of all HR technology and operational HR programs and processes. This position influences and informs the overall HR business experience providing strategic leadership and innovative solutions to maximize HR Operations, software implementations, system operations & resource utilization.
Initial focus will be to lead the HR organization with the implementation of the HR cloud based solution & partner with HR leaders across COE's to manage the changes and development of operational improvements and process redesign in support of the HR transformation strategy.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver solutions that support all areas of HR including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning and Development and Total Rewards and Employe Service Operations (ESOPS).
• In collaboration with HR leadership and stakeholders, ensure HR technology strategy and roadmap is aligned with the overall business plans. Provides oversight of, and acts as transformational lead for, business operations that are based upon systems.
• Work with HR functional leaders and IT to review and evaluate technology opportunities and serve as key stakeholder to move formal recommendations forward in support of business objectives
• Works directly with the HR & IT leadership teams to ensure alignment on resources and priorities. Ensure the prioritization of HR Technology work and ensure deployment, system maintenance, and upgrades to support business leads in providing a superior user experience.
• Drive continuous improvement along with business leads and ensure core HR processes are effectively designed, documented and implemented for sustained and efficient execution.
• Evaluate opportunities for efficiencies across HR, both in and outside the US and anticipate future needs as the organization evolves.
• Develops KPIs and other metrics to assess progress of technology initiatives as well as measuring and evaluating customer / end user satisfaction; implementing effective solutions as necessary/appropriate
• As resident SME researches and provides consultative support for the function
Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years experience in global HR systems and data.
• Proven track record of directly managing technology projects to completion.
• In-depth functional knowledge and understanding of domain platforms and processes (cloud based solutions preferred).
• Ability to work with Strategic Sourcing and manage vendors and partnerships
• Strong customer service and change management orientation
• Bachelors Degree required
