Manager, Sourcing Systems

Summary . The Manager Sourcing Systems will be responsible to support and assist Strategic Sourcing teams in the management and development of source-to-pay system tools, processes, optimization, adoption and training. The Manager monitors the systems technology landscape and anticipates Regeneron's future regional/global source-to-pay system requirements. The Manager will ensure that source-to-pay systems functionality and availability are properly operating across all operating geographies and for all teams within the Strategic Sourcing department . Responsibilities . Execute the procurement system strategy and technology roadmap for the department . Manage and drive adoption of best in class source-to-pay tools and processes . Develop and document strategic sourcing processes and standards . Train sourcing staff across regions, where needed, on processes and tools . Develop and maintain a repository of Request for information RFI , Request for Quotation RFQ , and Request for Proposal RFP processes and templates, aligned to category . Identify ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of category teams. Actively advocate improvements and align with stakeholders across functions for implementation projects . Able to assist others with managing internal customer issues and expectations . Lead special projects as needed to achieve performance improvements in partnership with Category Managers. Requirements . Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, or business administration plus 8 years of relevant, progressive experience within strategic sourcing, to preferably include 5 years directly within Strategic Sourcing . Or . Master's degree plus 6 years of relevant, progressive experience within strategic sourcing, to preferably include 5 years directly within Strategic Sourcing . Working knowledge with Sourcing Contracting, ERP, eRFX systems preferred. Oracle, Zycus, GEP, Ariba, Other . Ability to leverage standard business applications for communicating, presenting and analyzing Word, Excel, Powerpoint . Excellent verbal and written skills . Ability to formulate presentations and business cases . Ability to build consensus, teamwork, and creativity within a collaborative team with limited supervision . Program management experience and project management experience required #LI-LC1 .
