We are seeking a research associate with experiences in molecular and cellular biology and for ex-vivo studies. The successful candidate will be involved in validating and advancing non-alcoholic fatty liver disease projects. This individual will mainly be performing in vitro and ex-vivo work and needs to be highly organized, flexible and motivated. Responsibilities Establish and perform molecular, biochemical and cellular biology assays Perform ex-vivo analysis ELISA, western blotting, immunohistochemistry Primary cell and cell line experiments, including transfection and transduction Write protocols and study reports. Requirements . This position requires a Minimum of a Bachelors degree and 3 years of experience working in a lab. Experience must include . Immunoassays Molecular and cell biology Biochemistry Level will be commensurate with experience. This position will require the individual to pass a physical before beginning employment.
