Job Description:

The role of the Research Partner is integral to the success of Ipsen's internal Executive Search function. The Research Partner will provide best-in-class research to gain competitive market intelligence that equips the Executive Search team to excel in the marketplace through name generation exercises for executive searches and execute specialty projects to map the competitive landscape. The successful candidate will be skilled in all research methodologies as this is a very highly specialized research role within Executive Search.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Research and identification of prospective talent to provide a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for Executive searches
  • Developing and maintaining talent mapping for relevant functional areas
  • Analyzing industry trends, competitors, therapeutics areas, etc.
  • Assisting in the drafting and formatting of client update documents, email messages etc.
  • Ownership of candidate outreach sent on behalf of Executive team members for search execution
  • CRM and database management
  • Staying abreast of all biotech/pharma industry news and trends
  • Screening of potential candidates to create a short list to provide to Executive Search Partner and Hiring Managers
  • Comply with all laws, regulations and policies that govern the conduct of Ipsen U.S. staff


Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited University
  • Certifications in Internet Recruiting, Talent Acquisition a plus


Experience

  • At least 4-5 years working as a Research Associate within a large and/or boutique Executive Search firm; overall 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience
  • Proven track record of completing high level searches as a "research ninja"
