Job Description:

Position Summary
Responsible for identification and implementation of digital technologies programs and related innovative solutions aimed at modernizing R&D process. Coordination of internal resources and consultants.

Main responsibilities and tasks

Digital R&D strategy management
- Prioritize opportunities according to business needs to introduce digital solutions into
R&D process (ie: design, conduct and reporting of clinical studies).
- Lead the implementation of prioritized digital solutions.
- Engage with business stakeholders to ensure transparency and clarity in the agreed
strategies, projects and roadmaps.
- Identify value of new project opportunities.
- Lead the evaluation of external technology companies offering digital solutions in
pharmaceutical R&D.
- Evaluate opportunities with innovation team of new disruptive solutions to transform
our R&D processes.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with key technology companies.

Excellence in execution
- Establish and maintain project plans.
- Develop budget and resource requirements for proposed and active projects.
- Input into and lead discussions with senior R&D leadership.
- Maintain company / project tracker dashboard.
- Report project advancement and follow-up to management.
- Maintain a close and effective partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure that consistent, high-quality and efficient processes are implemented and
maintained for the engaging and establishing contractual relationships with external
technology companies.

Experience / Qualifications

- At least 8 Years, project manager experience within a commercial organization or pharmaceutical organization
- Must be experienced in project management or administrative support to a large team
- Must have experience in Clinical development and an understanding of the regulated pharmaceutical environment.
- Experience and acquaintance in Digital and IT
- Ability to work in an international context environment

- Acts in compliance with Company Ethics and Standards authorities' rules and laws.
- Travel to Europe required (20%)
