Summary . The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for talent generation, screening and qualifying applicants for the Regeneron Scientific Talent Acquisition Team . Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following . Generates, identifies, and qualifies candidates for key roles within company using a variety of creative recruiting methods . Partners with hiring managers, TA colleagues and HR Business Partners to identify and clarify job specifications to effectively generate top talent . Builds and maintains talent pipelines in the CRM and ATS . Establish and/or maintain effective relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, candidates, and external recruiters . Market advertisements on ATS, industry websites, social media sites, and internet job boards as needs dictate . Monitors open positions and "fill time" to meet hiring/recruiting goals . suggests and executes alternate recruiting methods as appropriate. Ensure all hiring practices and policies are adhered to . Ensure knowledge of up to date recruiting trends remains current . Represent Regeneron at career fairs and other sourcing venues . May provides counsel and assistance to hiring managers and interviewers to ensure compliance with company's policies and legal requirements . Responds to employee inquiries regarding hiring policies and staffing process . Other related Talent Acquisition/HR responsibilities as assigned . Requirements . BS/BA required. A minimum of 1 year of relevant talent acquisition experience . experience in biotech/life sciences or related industry preferred. Relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of educational requirement . Additional Preferences . Strong process orientation, client focus and commitment to continuous improvement . ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships with customers, candidates and schools . The ideal candidate needs to be extremely organized with high level time-management skills, the ability to learn quickly with follow-through skills, be flexible, and have a high attention to detail. They will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as an aptitude for public speaking and presenting .
