The ORILISSA HCP Marketing Manager I/II will be primarily responsible for the execution of branded personal promotion work stream and pull through of marketing strategies and initiatives to the sales organization. Other responsibilities include partnership with sales training to manage and execute the learning plan and sales meeting strategy and execution for ORILISSA and other assets in the pipeline. The Marketing Manager will support the Brand in partnership with key cross functional partners including Sales, Training, MABI, Medical and Regulatory review, OEC, Legal and the Agency of Record and support strategic brand planning and aligning appropriate sequencing of tactics to drive uptake.

Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Refine brand strategies and implementation of tactics to maximize ORILISSA sales and profitability.
  • Effectively collaborate and communicate with the sales leadership, sales training and sales organization to launch and pull through marketing initiatives via Challenger model in order to maximize marketing effectiveness.
  • Utilize promotional, clinical and analytical skills in order to drive sales while managing relationships and ensuring strategic alignment with other cross functional teams such as MABI, Public Affairs, MC&O, Sales Training, Medical, Regulatory, Legal and Promo.
  • Analyze trends in terms of targeting, segmentation, and channels and refine marketing initiatives based on the findings.
  • Set strategic direction for agencies and manage projects and agencies within time and budget parameters.
  • Work in a team-based environment to assess market dynamics and competitive activities.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree. MBA preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant brand marketing experience.
  • Understands and interprets trends in the marketplace impacting Professional Marketing using data driven strategic insights to apply on an on-going basis to the marketing plan.
  • Demonstrates the ability to understand medical/clinical aspects of a pharmaceutical product and its application to marketing strategy and tactical execution.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of campaign strategies through campaign measurement and metrics development to ensure positive return on investment and achievement of brand objectives.
  • Strong project management experience/examples required. Effectively manages projects to deliver high-quality work product in a timely fashion (meets or exceeds deadlines). Ensures that regulatory and compliance guidelines are followed. Must have understanding and experience navigating the Medical and Regulatory process.
  • Strategic and tactical planning experience.
  • Customer relationship management program development and management, including digital vehicles.
  • Strong written and interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally to support brand objectives.
  • Must be a highly motivated individual - self-directed, willing to make decisions with less than perfect information, ability to think bigger and push norms!
