The Regional Account Manager/Vaccines Sales Specialist - IL, IA, WI, MN, MO Region is responsible for all accounts in their multi-state territory. The classes of trade of these customers include regional accounts such as physicians, travel clinics, health departments, hospitals/IHNs and employer groups. This position reports directly to the Head of US Sales.

- Responsible for territory performance and acts as the primary point of contact with assigned accounts, fostering and developing multi-level relationships
- Provides key leadership role and guidance for the territory
- Analyzes accounts' near-term and longer-term objectives and develops strategic account and sales plans
- Leads/conducts Quarterly Business Reviews and Annual Contract Reviews with customers
- Completes all territory objectives and achieves sales plan while operating within specified expense budget
- Provide timely and accurate forecast for each assigned account. Develops business cases and proposals for specific customer contract offers
- Responsible for knowing available territory markets, account potentials, and keeping current on changes that are taking place in these markets
- Keeps current territory records concerning activities; communicates timely, accurately and meaningfully
- Reports timely feedback regarding account trends and anticipated impact
- Utilizes and involves all available resources (telesales, marketing, etc.)
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceuticals or biologics
- A proven track record of successful territory management, account management, market share growth and product profitability
- Experience navigating and developing IHN accounts
- Passionate team player with a desire and ability to learn quickly and thrives in fast paced environment
- Ability to travel (approximately 60-70%)
- IL, IA, WI, MN & MO region: Chicago or Minneapolis applicants preferred
