Summary. The Manager, Pricing Operations will play a critical role in supporting the day to day operations of the Pricing Group and to drive the overall performance of the Pricing Center of Excellence. He/she will serve as the point for all pricing data resources and information. He/she will partner closely with the Pricing Strategy team, the Pricing and Contracting Analytics team, and the Market Access Directors to understand the data needs to support decision making and find effective solutions . Responsbilities. Assess current pricing and access resources and tools and identify opportunities to improve and enhance . Monitor key pricing and access trends and develop monthly/quarterly reporting to key stakeholders. Support coordination of secondary research and analysis and well as primary research as necessary . Partner with Pricing and Market Access Directors to identify key indicators and develop user friendly dashboards for dissemination. Support the coordination of the agenda and materials for the Global Pricing Committee and maintaining the pricing decision tracker. Coordinate and maintain consolidated Global Pricing Dashboard across Regeneron and Alliance brands, as well as individual Brand Dashboards, and provide views/reports from the Dashboards as needed. Maintain and update Departmental and Pricing Committee SOPs. Maintain and update Brand GTN reports. Perform Ad-hoc pricing data pull and analytics. Support above brand strategic projects toward process improvements and internal knowledge enhancements including coordination of any training needs. Oversee development of the Pricing Operations team. Requirements. Minimum Bachelor's degree . Master's degree/MBA preferred . Experience. 5+ years of Pharmaceutical or Biotech experience required . Broad exposure to and knowledge of US/Global Pricing and / or Market Access, financial operations. Ability to translate complex business questions and requirements and develop effective solutions . Analytic experience and an ability to mine data to identify trends . Strong business acumen and project management skills, experience working with cross-functional stakeholders. Strong project management skills required . People management experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills . high proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint . Knowledge of price tracking software, dashboard solutions, and market access and pricing data a strong plus . Self-motivated, works effectively under pressure across multiple assignments .
