Summary . The PharmD Biologics Training Program BTP is an intensive, interdisciplinary program for graduating PharmD candidates. The objective for the BTP is to provide training by Regeneron subject matter experts and hands-on experience in a variety of global development roles. The BTP is for highly motivated individuals seeking to build a career in the bio-pharmaceutical industry with a foundation in Clinical Sciences, Clinical Operations and Regulatory Affairs outside of a traditional academic environment. Responsibilities . This unique program is the foundation for potential roles within Global Development. The program cultivates technical and non-technical skills through diverse cross functional experiences, ongoing mentorship, and targeted training. Each assignment in this two-year development program will expose candidates to critical issues and decision-making processes to gain broad experience across several clinical/scientific research areas. The selected program participants will acquire high level knowledge of the business and department operations, as well as gain hands-on work experience in a variety of areas. The 2-year program consists of core and elective rotations the following areas . Core Rotations . Clinical Development Clinical Sciences and Clinical Operations . Regulatory Affairs Regulatory Affairs Clinical and Regulatory Affairs Labeling Elective Rotations can include but not limited to . Medical Affairs o Headquarters and field-based activitieso Medical Information o Health Economics and Outcomes Research o Medical Education . Pharmacovigilance and Risk Management . Clinical Pharmacology o Pharmacokinetics o Pharmacodynamics o Modeling . Clinical Project Management . Data Management . Regulatory Affairs o Labeling o CMC Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls o Advertising and Promotion o Submission Project Management . Requirements . 0-1-year maximum working experience after graduation not including Internships/clinical rotations prior to receiving degree . Post-doctoral graduates from accredited College of Pharmacy programs . High academic standing o Minimum overall GPA of 3. 25 . Strong / Excellent o Analytical skills o Written/verbal communication o Organizational abilities . Leadership and prior experience working on teams . Some research experience optional . Must be eligible to work in the U. S. n a permanent basis, and have permanent residence status Applications Instructions .
