Responsibilities . The role will report to the head of Talent Brand and will work on projects of global scope - specifically . Editorialize, draft, manage, and maintain Regeneron's Linkedin organic and paid presence o Editorialize, draft, manage, and maintain communication to a variety of talent communities those interested in us, but not yet applied o Create hoc campaigns digital and other and place content to support needed recruitment targets o Editorialize and embed our employee advocacy strategy on an on-going basis o Partner with TA Ops to maximize paid awareness of job postings across job boards o Draft visual and verbal stories and maintain company pages on a variety of assets i.e. Glassdoor o Be able to report on success and opportunities of programs using clear and robust metrics Requirements . It's not us, it's you - what skills do you need . 7-10 years of marketing experience, with emphasis on social . Some HR experience or general knowledge and interest in HR areas . Exceptional writer - both a story teller and technical writer. You may even keep the APA guidebook in your car and the pocket-sized version in your bag .
