Early Career Team Coordinator Description
As a member of the team, you will be helping support early career efforts within the realm of the Commercial and Corporate Center functions. Today you might be helping to schedule and coordinate campus interviews. Tomorrow you might be assisting with the onboarding of new interns and full-time talent to the company. You also might be helping to execute functional programming activities and engagement events for Commercial or Corporate Center development programs. You will also help brand AbbVie as an employer of choice during campus recruiting while traveling to core recruiting schools. We are looking for someone who is passionate and energetic about helping early career employees. This coordinator experience will develop you and put you on the right track to future talent acquisition opportunities at AbbVie.

Key Responsibilities Includes:

  • Experience with Yello campus recruiting software and Taleo ATS
  • Experience with Microsoft Access
  • Experience compiling metrics and analytics
  • Attendance at campus recruiting events

Basic Requirements

  • Completion of a Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership and project management skills
  • Proven accomplishments, team player, adaptable, and displays initiative
  • Strong multitasking and analytical ability
