Summary: Develop daily and weekly plans that coordinate Warehouse and Logistics (WHL) activities across multiple shifts and multiple warehouse locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Reports to the Associated Director of Warehouse.

• Analyze information from various internal and external partners to create daily and weekly resourcing plans.

• Create comprehensive planning tools in Microsoft Excel and other similar programs that forecast work activities and resources needed to complete those tasks.

• Communicate activities to be completed per shift, on a daily basis.

• Partner with Shift Leadership to ensure that (1) the shift's resources match the expected activities to be completed and (2) that the shift completes the work as planned.

• Develop alterative plans in real time, if the need arises and changes occur.

• Develop and deliver analytical reporting on a regular bassis, designed to explain various warehouse key performance indicators, including:
o Monitor and evaluate capacity of both cold and ambient storage resources on a regular basis.
o Investigation of temperature escursions, capacity issues, and manpower issues on a regular, reoccurring basis.

• Participate in daily/weekly planning meetings to include briefing leadership on work plans for the upcoming day/week.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree: Engineering, Business, Supply Chain.

• Warehouse and/or distribution center resource planning experience (6-10 years).

• Advanced to Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems such as Manhattan Associates, Oracle, etc.

• Experience in a GMP regulated organization preferred.

• Working knowledge of MS SharePoint or similar software application.

• Problem-solving skills that incorporate creative solutions to complex problems.

• Ability to operate in a team environment and communicate with all levels of leadership.
