Immuno-Oncology Discovery Research Team at Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a highly motivated Associate Research Scientist to aide in the advancement of early stage therapeutic targets. The candidate will characterize immuno-modulatory antibodies, and explore mechanism of action and combinatorial therapeutic strategies. The candidate will be expected to effectively collaborate with colleagues in the oncology, immuno-oncology, protein engineering, and antibody development groups. The candidate will likewise contribute to the design and analysis of in vivo efficacy studies in mouse tumor models.

Qualifications
  • B.S. in biology/immunology or related field with 0-4 years of relevant experience
  • Tissue culture skills and aseptic technique
  • Experience with multi-color flow cytometry
  • Experience in isolation, characterization and functional assay development using primary immune cells of rodent and/or human origin
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and innovative research environment
  • Flexibility and interest in learning new techniques and skills in accordance with the research program needs
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational, and record-keeping skills
