Summary: Responsible for the Supply Planning process for Commercial and Clinical programs. Responsible for the execution of master production scheduling (MPS), demand management, and inventory management for assigned programs, and executing data analytics that impact overall supply chain projects. Generate tools and content to build data functionality supporting Supply Planning processes. Participates in Supply Planning processes and standardization initiatives. Monitors Supply Chain metrics to identify gaps in current processes, improve service levels to internal and external customers, reduce waste, and improve the value chain efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Work with cross-functional teams on Supply Planning to ensure effective and disciplined planning (from receipt of demand to firm production requirements). Meet needs as defined by program development (commercial, clinical and independent) by consistently achieving customer orders.

• Drive Continuous improvements initiatives; Enhance Supply Planning process development by communicating performance standards, developing joint improvement initiatives, and actively soliciting formal feedback; Create business process flow diagrams to identify opportunities to optimize planning.

• Develop analytics to identify and improve reporting efficiency.

• Develop and track metrics to measure the timeliness, accuracy and integrity of data from stakeholders. Align across teams to improve reporting integrity.

• Work collaboratively and effectively with various internal business units.

• Foster a healthy work environment where employees feel valued and respected.

• Represent in a professional, respectful, and courteous manner when interacting with co-workers, members, and suppliers.

• The position can require domestic U.S. travel, potential international travel approximately up to 10% of the time.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Previous experience in supply planning, product development, and project management.

• Strong working knowledge of supply chain management with emphasis in master production scheduling (MPS), material requirement planning (MRP), demand management, inventory management.

• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and changing priorities; Work extended hours when required, make sound decisions under pressure, and work effectively in a team environment.

• Attention to detail, fact-based, self-motivated, and ability to work under pressure.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate details clearly and effectively.

• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office-Excel.

• Experience managing clinical or commercial supply desirable.

• Oracle and Access Database, SharePoint a plus.

• SQL development experience a plus.

• GMP regulated experience a plus.

• Lean/Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement knowledge a plus.

• APICS or other related purchasing certifications a plus.
Education and Experience:

• Supply Chain Analyst: Requires Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Mgmt., or Science background and 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Sr Supply Chain Analyst: Requires Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Mgmt., or Science background and 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience a plus.

• Masters' degree a plus.
