Summary:

We are seeking a Research Associate with organic chemistry experience to participate in research projects involving the synthesis of high potency payloads and the development of linker technologies for antibody-drug conjugates. The research will involve multi-step organic synthesis, and will employ various purification and analytical techniques to enable structural determination and purity assessment. Activities may also include antibody conjugation, enzyme assays, and stability assessments on compounds of interest.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's or Masters' degree in chemistry from an accredited college or university
  • 1-4 years of research experience in organic chemistry, including multistep organic synthesis
  • Experience with compound isolation and identification (flash chromatography, NMR, HPLC, MS, etc.)
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to think critically, learn quickly and work independently
  • Strong work ethic, interpersonal skills, enthusiastic, and team player
