The HQMO Product Design and Delivery Lead will play a leadership role in shaping and driving the medical strategy for Product Design and Delivery (PDD) across the portfolio. Reporting to the HQ Medical Lead for Mel/GU/GI/Cross-tumor.

Responsibilities will include developing and executing the global PDD medical plan and ensuring integration of PDD strategies into the individual tumor strategic plans; developing innovative PDD-focused internal and external medical education presentations and programs including symposia and training materials; identifying and translating PDD focused medical insights into action/strategy. Responsibilities also include leading knowledge transfer to and from the Markets, including leading a cross-functional Global Medical Matrix Team meeting. The PDD Medical Lead will work across the matrix, partnering closely with the Development Team, Clinical Research, Discovery, Regulatory, Commercial, Access, Publications/Content and Health Outcomes. The PDD Medical Lead will help drive the development of non-registrational data generation, publication and congress planning.

Requirements:

The qualified candidate will have an advanced scientific degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) and Clinical or industry experience, Oncology experience preferred. Must have the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including clinical, commercial, regulatory, health outcomes and market-based medical colleagues, as well as external customers/thought leaders. Specific expertise in drug formulations and product design is preferred. Candidate should be highly organized and motivated individual possessing excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
