Minimum Qualifications:


Work in a clean room environment


Two to four years work experience in production or manufacturing, with primary focus on productivity and repetitive tasks in a clean room environment.


Must be able to wear hood, boots, coverall, goggles, and face mask


Accurately completes batch record documentation, all appropriate logbook entries and GMP documentation.


Must be able to work on your feet for 10+ hours a day


Follows Standard Operating Procedures, Safety Policies and current Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure a compliant state of the areas.


Adheres to strict product quality standards, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Good Manufacturing Practices cGMP


Weighs and Dispense critical products utilizing protocols and SOPs


Performs label verification, perform in-process fill volume, conducts in-process visual inspection.


Accurately completes batch record documentation, all appropriate logbook entries and GMP documentation.


Practices Aseptic Technique on a consistent basis to minimize contamination in the Class C areas.


Properly uses light industrial production equipment such as heat sealers, cutting equipment and other equipment to facilitate product manufacturing


Exposure to productivity standards and tight deadlines.


Ability to develop and maintain a positive working relationship with others.


Ability to learn, understand, and adhere to all applicable safety precautions and procedures.


Supports and participates in the Company's production and quality standards with a continuous focus on customer service.


Ability to withstand extreme cold temperatures.


Ability to comprehend verbal and/or written instructions.


Ability to perform the following; differentiate between colors; to recognize, record and match numbers.


Basic computer skills


Able to effectively work in a team environment


Completes assigned training on time to maintain training compliance with procedures and policies.


Identifies and promptly communicates to supervisor any problems in the manufacturing process such as unclear instructions or SOP’s, material problems or equipment failures


Works to ensure work orders are completed to specifications; material is used or dispositioned correctly.


Communicates status of essential duties and responsibilities with different levels within the department.


Perform pre-manufacturing component visual inspection to reduce finished product defective units.


Perform tasks as assigned by Management HS Diploma or GED required.


Prompt arrival and regular attendance at work.


Stable employment history.




Working Environment:

Exposure to adverse temperatures which may include extreme cold.


The following physical activities are required: lifting, reaching, bending, walking, sitting, standing, pushing, and pulling.


Must be able to routinely lift and maneuver a minimum of 25 lbs. without assistance. May be asked to occasionally lift and maneuver 30+ lbs.


Tight deadlines that may require overtime are required. Notification of overtime may occur the same day that the overtime is required.
