Summary: Support filling process development, engineering, troubleshooting and validation at external CMO and partner filling sites.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, support the following:

• Focuses on filling events - troubleshoots filling/stoppering/inspection problems.

• Plans and represents Regeneron interests in partner/CMO technical trials for new products and component machinability on the line.

• Review of engineering and validation protocols for fill / finish activities.

• Supports EM/Supply Chain needs for technical input on filtration, filling and inspection issues.

• Supports creation of formal in-house filling process development methods.

• Supports and / or executes studies to support technical transfer to fill / finish CMO's.

• Functions as technical liaison internally for Regeneron Quality Control, Quality Assurance.

• Travels to manufacturers or business partners, as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Education and Experience:

• BS/BA in engineering, materials science, physical or biological sciences required with 2 years of industry experience. Will consider experience of 5 years of fill / finish manufacturing in lieu of degree.

Level will be determined based upon experience.
