Project Description: This internship will provide the intern with the opportunity to learn the principles behind quality control assay development, validation, and transfer. The primary projects for the internship will be harmonizing transfer documentation procedures internally and with external sites, creating a system for tracking QC transfer testing metrics for external sites, and implementing a procedure to document differences in test procedure between Regeneron and external labs.

This will entail collecting historical transfer documents, creating document templates and work instructions, and working with Microsoft Excel and Project to track external lab performance metrics.

Objectives:

• Establish parameters for transfer metrics to be used in future planning of transfer activities.

• Construct a flow chart detailing how to capture and establish differences in documentation and procedures used in assay transfer activities.
Desired Majors and/or Skills:
- Any Bachelor's of Science program, especially Chemistry/Biology related. Any Chemical, Biomedical, or other science-related Engineering.

Desired Education Level:
- Rising Jr., Rising Sr.
