The Training Business Partner for Global Development Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance (PV) & Risk Management (RM) is responsible for executing the design and delivery of training to all Global Development Regulatory, PV and RM team, Process and Procedures, SMEs and Global Development Training Operations to implement initiatives in line with Regulatory, PV & RM's strategic objectives. The Training Business Partner is directly responsible for executing training that drives quality and compliance and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Job Duties:
  • Strategic Alignment:
    • Understand the business and associated roles within Regulatory, PV & RM and identify key targeted learning and development needs.
    • Partner with Regulatory, PV & RM to align learning and development tactical plans with strategy.
  • Relationship Management
    • Serve as primary point of contact for all training related initiatives
    • Establish, deepen and sustain key relationships with Regulatory, PV & RM stakeholders to understand business needs and related performance gaps, and demonstrate understanding of processes and methodology to provide appropriate learning solutions.
  • Design Support and Performance Consulting
    • Perform needs assessment and facilitate development of an ongoing plan with a focus on continuous improvement measured through participant feedback, assessment, monitoring of performance and other KPIs
    • Work closely with Regulatory, PV & RM functions, Global Development Training Operations, Global Development Process and Procedures and SMEs to continually improve the scale, depth and quality of training across Regulatory, PV & RM.
  • Curriculum Support
    • Partner with Regulatory, PV & RM to provide a broad range of training solutions to cover role specific onboarding, continuous learning and project specific initiatives.
    • Ensure that all training is designed and executed consistent with SOPs. Work with Process and Procedures to develop targeted training for Regulatory, PV & RM and support the design, development and delivery of supplemental training to help Regulatory, PV & RM associates understand policies, process and procedures in key compliance risk areas
  • Solution Scoping/Management
    • Ensure effective implementation and on time delivery of learning solutions
    • Source, scope and manage all Regulatory, PV & RM training initiatives.
    • Create and manage key initiatives focused on driving compliance and performance improvement
    • Collaborate with Training Ops in updating and populating Regulatory, PV & RM training assets and information on LMS and associated portal pages.
Requirements:

• Experience in the areas of business development, learning consulting, program management, learning design

• Experience as a thought partner and trusted advisor with leaders in the business

• Able to think strategically and operationally, making sound business decisions

• Experience in account services, consulting (internal or external)

• Track record of working effectively with multiple stakeholders, who may have competing priorities

• Scoping work and tracking multiple, complex projects

• Can effectively communicate (written and oral) and influence both staff and leaders

• Experience networking across a broad variety of stakeholders, both internal and external to HR

• High level of consultative, influence, and decision-making skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple complex responsibilities and priorities

• Strong analytical skills; able to make clear, data-driven decisions

• Strong ability to use Excel, Word and PowerPoint to analyze and present a compelling story

BS/BA Degree with 10+ years relevant experience. MS degree and 8+ years relevant experience.
