  • Work directly with business departments to facilitate business needs identification process and optimization of enterprise business environments. Design enterprise systems and make vendor recommendations for products, solutions, services and implementations based on needs analysis and implementation requirements. Work closely with internal business partners to develop business requirements to support enterprise systems.
  • Responsible for ensuring selected vendors' timelines and service levels stay within budget. Monitor service levels to meet business strategic goals and evaluate or escalate if/when appropriate actions are needed. Identify and analyze business process and system improvement opportunities to create strategic business advantage.
  • Act as technical liaison between related departments, business partners, vendors and other members within the IT group, in particular, when implementing and troubleshooting systems. Work closely with global business/IT resources to update global inventory of applications and launch existing solutions globally to ensure maintenance of a lean applications portfolio.
  • Maintain process maps, entity relationship diagrams, data dependency diagrams and applications relationship maps. Support system development and service management standards including change management, incident management and internal Service Level Agreements.

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering or related field.
  • Eight (8) years progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Computer Systems Analyst, Technology Consultant or in a related role.
  • Experience in the following:
    • identifying, analyzing, designing, and implementing enterprise business systems;
    • software development in Informatica and database SQL languages;
    • systems administration of Coupa, Conga Novatus, Informatica and SuccessFactors;
    • data integration and business intelligence reporting using Informatica and basic reporting tools such as Excel;
    • Business Process Management (BPR) and Business Process Re-engineering (BPR);
    • designing, implementing, and managing SAP;
    • designing, implementing and managing one of following systems: procurement, contract management, talent management, or supply chain management;
    • coordinating work of IT vendors and offshore implementation companies; and
    • software/database development and service management standards.
