Responsible for strategy, oversight, and implementation for new HR Global Service Center.

Key position objectives include:

  1. Establish alignment between employee expectations with global HR service center to deliver 'Best in Class' Employee experience
  2. Drive effective stakeholder and change management processes.
  3. Implement and oversee an effective and efficient HR Global service center that includes: portal technology, chat, voice, knowledgebase, workflow, case management, and metrics. Drive project to completion and continue to optimize 'HR Service' as REGN evolves.


Essential Functions required for the job.
  • Provide strategic and technical leadership to ensure success of the HR Global Service Center
  • In collaboration with HR leadership and stakeholders, ensure HR Global Service Center strategy and roadmap is aligned with overarching business plans
  • Design, implement and oversee newly established HR Global Service Center. Ensure seamless integration and hand offs across all areas of HR
  • Evaluate opportunities for efficiencies and drives continuous improvement for HR Global Service Center as the organization evolves
  • Set Global HR Data Standards with HR and IT Technology Leadership
  • Ensure effective project planning regarding resources, budget, and scope roll out phases
  • Serve as change agent to drive and implement the roadmap, ensuring adoption by the business and HR
  • With communications expert(s), develop and deliver robust communications / marketing plan for HR Global Service Center
  • Develop and monitor activities within the HR Global Service Center, ensuring compliance, quality, and accuracy of information, data and reporting.
  • Leverage metrics from HR Service Center to inform ongoing decision-making.
  • Forecast ongoing needs and ensures resources are determined to meet established SLA's
  • Partner successfully with selected vendor(s), IT, Procurement, and other corporate functions

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 14 years relevant cross functional HR and systems experience. M.S. preferred.Must have experience with implementing and leading an effective and efficient HR Global service (portal, chat, voice, knowledgebase, workflow, case management, and metrics). This includes:
    • Proven track record leading HR technology/operations function for multi-site high growth organization with highly technical employee base is highly preferred.
    • Proven track record directly implementing and managing technology projects to completion
    • Extensive experience with global HR Shared Service center roll outs and maintenance
  • Must have experience and ability to align employee expectations with HR services
  • Must have prior 'Stakeholder Management' experience - including the ability to work closely with internal HR and business leaders
  • Must have experience leading and influencing in a highly matrixed organization
  • Must have a proven track record of program ownership and management.
  • He/she must be a driver and highly results-oriented
  • Ability to work with and manage vendors and partnerships
  • Strong customer service and change management orientation
  • Strong HR Technology expertise and experience with leading IT projects within HR
