Summary: Responsible for providing technical oversight and governance of QC computerized systems. Works with the system's business owners to manage QC computerized systems. Leads software configuration and integration projects following Regeneron's SDLC, establishment and maintenance of user accounts, configuration of user roles and privileges, backup and recovery activities and the installation of software and patches.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Provides technical leadership while managing the development work schedule, and coordinating the design, development, and implementation of application systems;

• Provides day to day end-user support.

• Facilitates prioritization of QC Computerized Systems deliverables and manages project scope.

• Reviews and assists in the creation of requirements documents, functional specification documents, test plans, report interface, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manuals.

• Acquires specific and up-to-date technical knowledge of all company processes and procedures associated with QC Computerized Systems and ongoing QC Computerized Systems projects.

• Creates, writes and compiles reports utilizing various report writing tools and technologies.

• Monitors system configuration and user access/privileges to ensure data integrity.

• Provides customer support and training, troubleshoot problems, manage change control, and perform system maintenance.

• Applies system patches and updates as needed.

• Leads team effort to improve internal and external processes.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Knowledge of Reporting Tools strongly desired.

• Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11 Regulations and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) preferred.

• Must show strong judgment and time management skills

• Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally together with strong presentation skills.

Education and Experience:

• Requires BS/BA in related field and minimum 2 years of relevant experience; additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education

• Experienced in SQL

• Experience with RDBMS (relational database management system)

Title level will be determined based on skills and experience relevant to the role.
