Project Description: Current standard operating procedures (SOPs) outline the guidelines of the technology transfer and major milestones as it progressed through its different stages. As part of the transfer, numerous technical documents are drafted to support this endeavor throughout its different stages. The intent of this project would be to collate what documents are being generated currently as part of transfer, as well as knowledge shared throughout the transfer, and process map and provide an overarching view of all transfer deliverables. This project will aid in understanding how each these documents interact with each other, what documentation is necessary during each stage of the transfer, and account for any necessary revision cycles. Based upon this output, the second goal of the project would be to understand time commitments associated with these documents to help provide the MSAT team with a more measurable timeframe for transfers, project resource planning, and help identify areas for improvement to shorten transfer timelines.

Objective:

• Understand the current transfer process and stages associated.
