This person will be working in Finance in Tarrytown, NY. The student will spend 12 weeks working on assignments aimed at solving real-world challenges faced by R&D Finance. R&D Finance is a highly valued partner focused on the Research and Preclinical cost centers straddling the line between finance, operations, and science to provide real-time analysis and financial decision support to our various R&D stakeholders. The summer assignment will allow you to demonstrate your knowledge, creativity and analytical abilities, and require you to collaborate with team members within Finance as well as other functional areas. Potential projects may include assisting with forecasts, developing program specific budgets, preparing quarterly P&Ls, headcount analysis, and ad-hoc projects. Upon completion of the assignment, the Finance Intern will share key findings with the broader team, including members of Senior Management.

• Must be in process of obtaining a Bachelor's Degree or completing the first year of their Masters of Business Administration (MBA)

• Preferred skills include: demonstrated leadership skills and experience, strong quantitative and analytical skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills

General Intern Program Information:

• Must be enrolled in, or accepted to, an academic program pursuing a Bachelor's degree or first year MBA student

• Prefer demonstrated leadership in areas such as campus activities, clubs, sports or the community

• Minimum GPA of 3.0

• You will work with a specific manager on a project(s)

• Enjoy weekly 1 hour Intern Program events: learn about other areas of the company from VPs and other employees, soft skills workshops, networking, volunteering, and more!

• Present to your team on your summer project
