Project Description: Evaluate and set up Microfluidic Modulation Spectroscopy as a second generation for FTIR secondary structure analysis to automate the method and improve method performance.

• Collect initial comparability data using primary reference standards of late phase molecules.

• Document the data and the procedure used.

• Compare it with corresponding data collected with BRUKER FTIR for comparability.

• Present the findings to the group and senior management.

Desired Majors and/or Skills:
-Chemistry/Biochemistry, Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, or applicable Life Sciences Curriculum.
-Curiosity and passion for science.
Desired Education Level:
- Rising Senior.
- Master's in Engineering Candidate.
