In Regeneron's BuiLD (Business Leadership Development) Program, you'll get broad exposure within several key areas of our business through stretch assignments and cross-functional rotations and projects. This progressive rotational program comprised of three, 9-month rotations is tailored to cultivate your skills while meeting Regeneron's business needs.

The first two rotations are designed to give you exposure to the important pathway we follow to get our medicine into the hands of our patients. The subsequent program rotation will be more tailored to your interests and career goals such as Strategic/Competitive Intelligence, Operations, Investor Relations, Market Access and Business Development. Along the way you'll work with, and be mentored by, some of our top business leaders.

During the program you will help to solve Regeneron's immediate business problems while working on product marketing and launch strategies. You'll be part of a team that includes some of the best minds in our industry, as we work together to meet our strategic goals.

• 3+ years professional experience; Strong preference for previous work experience in the biopharmaceutical industry or relevant experience in management consulting, financial services or public/private investing

• Strong project management, analytical, critical thinking skills, and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated leadership skills

• Integrity and commitment to high ethical standards

• Interpersonal, presentation, oral, and written communication skills

• Fluency in English and knowledge of another language - or willingness to learn another language
