Summary:
To develop accurate and timely investigator site budgets, oversee vendor site contracting, and conduct site contracting and negotiations as required to ensure contracts are completed efficiently and cost effectively.
Job Duties:
Essential Functions required for the job. List both technical and managerial requirements if applicable.

• Work closely with the study teams to develop per subject cost estimates based on study design and schedule of events through the utilization of a fair market value tool (GrantsManager)

• Utilize the per subject cost output along with the protocol design and operational approach to run scenarios to determine the overall study grant cost

• Provide oversight and management of site contracting vendors to ensure quality and high performance.

• Handle site contracts related escalations from the vendors or the investigator sites

• Prepare Investigator site contracts, negotiate any requested changes based on Regeneron's business requirements. Coordinate contract review with internal customers and work with the Legal department to finalize contracts.

• Enhance site relationships and conduct issue resolution of moderate to high complexity

• Address changes to study scope to ensure timely contract amendment and implementation

• As a member of cross-functional study teams, lead appropriate agenda topics of the team meeting and provide guidance to line functions

• Update tracking system with site contract data in an electronic library

• Interact with internal customers; prioritize assignments.

• Responsible for making timely decisions & direction of outcomes.

• Identify new best practices and contribute to continuous improvement.

• Train & coach others site contracting processes and industry practices

Requirements:

• May implement contracting process improvements within the contracting team

• Manages complex site budget/contract/and stakeholder problems that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors and implements solutions

• Identify new best practices and contribute to continuous improvement for site contracting

• Strong knowledge of contracting practices

• Comfortable leading cross functional teams of peers (internal/external customers)

• Is a functional subject matter expert
Bachelor's degree.

• Minimum of 8 years' experience
Master's Degree/JD

• Minimum 3 years' experience

• Minimum of 5-8 years' experience within Site contracting and budgeting.
