Summary
The AD - Quality and Standards is a critical role in the newly established Regeneron Patient and Provider Access Services (PPAS) group. Under the direction of the Head of the PPAS group, this individual will be responsible for developing and managing the Quality and Standards function across all patient and provider programs and services.

Additionally, this person will be responsible for ensuring standardization of program SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs, to ensure the PPAS group is maximizing efficiencies and cost effective programs across all brand assets, while continuing to provide best-in-class support to minimize reimbursement as a barrier and enhance overall patient access to therapy.

This individual will develop and maintain a high-level of collaboration and integration with all cross-functional Regeneron staff, including PPAS Leads and Operations, Field Teams, Brand Marketing, Market Access and Market Research. The position is based out of Tarrytown, New York and requires a highly motivated individual that is able to work cross-functionally in order to accomplish objectives.

Resopnsibilities

• Responsible for the development and implementation of the Quality and Standards function across all PPAS programs and communicating the progress of key initiatives to all internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.

• Develop and implement quality tactics including Call Calibrations, Case Reviews, Operational Health Reviews, and Customer Satisfaction Surveys to effectively evaluate each operational area across PPAS programs

• Partner with the PSP Lead and Operations to manage findings, communicate cross-functionally, and provide recommendations to enhance programs as brand and market needs evolve

• Develop Program Standards - create and manage program documentation to be utilized as guidelines when evaluating current programs and implementing new programs with Service Providers.

• Work cross-functionally to ensure program alignment across all PPAS program initiatives - ensuring consistency, efficiency, and identifying cost-savings opportunities when applicable

• Evaluate and manage program SLAs, KPIs, metrics, reporting, create and maintain quality metrics reporting

• Collaborate with Marketing, Training, Legal, Regulatory, Analytics, Sales, and the Market Access field teams to ensure optimal execution of Customer Satisfaction Surveys, Field Interviews and other feedback mechanisms to obtain metrics on customer satisfaction.

• Understand and analyze program data to effectively communicate key information on a continuous basis to different functional areas in the commercial organization (Sr. Management, Field teams, Brand Marketing, Market Access)

• Comply with all laws, regulations and policies that govern the conduct of Regeneron activities

Requirements

• Bachelors degree required.

• Minimum of 5+ years working for a pharmaceutical manufacturer. Previous experience in working on or managing a reimbursement or patient services program is highly preferred (1 year minimum). Preferred areas of experience include field sales, reimbursement or managed care account management (1+ years), managed markets marketing experience, brand marketing (1+ years), commercial operations (2+ years), and project management (2+ years).

• Must possess excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills. This includes demonstrating an understanding of how to escalate issues/concerns, and effectively communicate with others, especially those in other functional areas.

• Successful candidates will have a strong patient focus and an understanding of Access Services.

• Experience in specialty products and specialty product launches. Buy and bill experience is a plus.

• Previous experience with product management/payer/reimbursement marketing is necessary.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills to support tactic development and presentation creation.

• Prefer previous experience in managing a reimbursement or patient assistance program.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and excellent ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

• Clear understanding of the implications of payer and reimbursement policy impact on prescriber and patient behaviors as well as sales force activity.

• Must be an ethical, team player and have the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment - contributing creative ideas and positive energy to the group.

• Must be willing to travel up to 30%
