Summary:

Support the Accounting department as it relates to day to day operations. This person will assist in various aspects of the month end close as required. Will also assist with testing and will assist in special projects for the following areas: General Leger, Closing, Procurement Closing, Payables Closing, FX rates, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Payroll, and OTL.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare documentation, schedules, fluxes, and analysis related to Accounting, Payroll, and OTL data.

• Testing related to OTL, Payroll, Concur Feeds, Fixed Assets, Consolidation, Elimination, special projects, etc.

• Gather and report on data as needed for the Accounting and Payroll functions.

• Develop reports and maintain documentation.

• Produce and maintain documentation such as use cases, business process, workflow diagrams, and business and functional requirements documents related to special projects and continuous improvement efforts.

• Maintain meeting minutes and task lists related to continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements:

• Strong ability to breakdown information, analysis it, and communicate results.

• Advanced Excel knowledge

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills are mandatory.

• Bachelors Degree required
